Purple and Green Fruit Salad

Such a satisfying salad. I love when I create a salad from leftover fruit in my fridge. It gets my creative juices flowing and then it turns out to be such a flavorful experience. I love having fruit salads for lunch because it's an easy and filling meal to put together.

Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
-4-5 diced up kiwis
-3 stalks of celery (diced up)
-2 cups cut up purple grapes
-1 tablespoon chia seed
-A dash of cinnamon
-1/4 cup coconut water

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and place in fridge for at least 30 minutes before enjoying
