Layered RGBW Smoothie

Good morning! Starting my Monday morning off with a layered smoothie (Red, Green, Blue, White) 😊👌👍👍 So yummy! You could be as creative as you want with layers of any fruits you have in your fridge. (Had to put something healthier in a slurpee cup)

Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
-3 frozen bananas
-A dash of cinnamon
-1 cup blueberry chia jam (blend 3 tablespoons of chia seed with 2 cups of blueberries and place in fridge overnight to thicken)
-1 cup sliced strawberries
-1 cup sliced grapes
Directions:
1. Make the blueberry chia jam
2. Blend bananas and cinnamon in a blender and set aside
3. Layer the nicecream, fruit and chia jam in a tall glass and enjoy!
