Cherry Chia Morning Pudding
This has easily become one of my morning staples. I love having something in the fridge that I could grab and devour, knowing in the back of my mind that it's 100% healthy and not full of processed ingredients. You could easily adapt the flavors of this pudding to whatever you like!
Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-1 tablespoon flax seeds
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
-1/4 cup almond milk
-1 mashed banana
-1 cup of cherries (no seeds)
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together except for the cherries
2. Place in the fridge over night
3. Top with your choice of fruit in the morning!
