Carrot Cake Smoothie

Carrot cake smoothie for breakfast 😊. So yummy! Especially if you're a carrot cake lover like me. You can make many variations of this recipe by creating a cashew cream to mimic cream cheese icing and also add pineapple for some extra juicy tropical flavors. Enjoy!

Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
-3 shredded carrots
-2 frozen bananas
-2 tablespoons date pumpkin jam (or 2 pitted dates)
-1 tablespoon chia seeds
-2 tablespoons oat flour
-1 cup almond milk (any milk)
-1/2 cup ice
- A dash of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
