"Fried" Banana With Chocolate

A great idea for an after school snack or a late night treat... A delicious and healthy "fried" banana and chocolate sauce... Feel free to have it with icecream instead!

Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
-2-3 bananas (sliced in half)
-A dash of cinnamon
-1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
-1 teaspoon coconut oil
Sauce:
-2 tablespoons almond yogurt
-1/2-1 tablespoon cocoa
-1 tablespoon peanut butter

Directions:
1. Sauté the bananas in the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat
2. Sprinkle them with cinnamon and coconut
3. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Dip and enjoy!
