*5 Ingredient "Cheesy" Butternut Squash Dip

One thing you will learn about me is that I love to create creamy dressings for salads, pastas... you name it! I especially love mocking cheesy flavors that start to excite your taste buds.  This dressing was so divine that I had to hold myself from eating it all out of the blender! Yield: 1 serving You will need: -1/2 butternut squash (about 3 cups) -3-4 tablespoons nutritional yeast -1 tablespoon lucuma powder -Juice from half a lemon -Dash of oregano (any spice) -Optional Additions: 1 tablespoon tahini, 4 soaked sundried tomatoes, 2 sprigs green onion, etc. Directions: Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy as a spread, over corn pasta, as a dip, or even as a soup!
