Quinoa Chocolate Timbits
Growing up, I used to love the chocolate timbits covered with coconut from Tim Hortons. They were truly the inspiration for these little gems. I can't wait to make them again because they were so delicious!
Yield: 8-10 balls
You will nerd:
-1-1 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
-1 tablespoon cocoa
-2 tablespoons Tahini
-1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (sweetener of choice)
-A dash of cinnamon
-1/4 cup shredded coconut
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together except for the coconut
2. Roll the ball in the coconut
3. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes to harden and enjoy!
