Overnight Nutty Banana Smoothie
There's something about the combination of peanut butter and banana that really fills my heart with joy... So imagine waking up to this beauty! I think I ate it in less than a minute!
Yield: 1 smoothie
You will need:
-1 cup almond milk (any milk)
-2 tablespoons oat flour
-1 tablespoon raisins
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
-1 tablespoon nut butter (or chopped walnuts!)
-A dash of cinnamon
Directions:
1. At night, mix all the ingredients together and place in the fridge
2. Blend the mixture in the morning and top with whatever you desire (I used shredded coconut and Carob chips)
