Pineapple Cantaloupe Salad

Breakfast is prepped! 😊 Made a quick fruit bowl of whatever fruit I had at home. I must say... it was a success! Dont be afraid of being creative and throwing whatever fruit you have together!

Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
-1 chopped up cantaloupe
-1 chopped up pineapple
Dressing:
-1 tablespoon ground flax seed
-1 tablespoon ground chia seed
-1 tablespoon raisins
-1 tablespoon shredded coconut
-1/2 tablespoon hemp seed
-5-6 tablespoons water

Directions:
1. Mix all the dressing ingredients and set aside to gel
2. Mix the salad ingredients together
3. Top with topped with the dressing and enjoy!
