*Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie

Smoothie time again this morning! Did not feel like bananas so I combined the tropical flavors of pineapple and berries in this one. I honestly think that when you're so busy, especially in the morning, a smoothie is such a great meal on the go, filled with the all the colors of the rainbow and antioxidants of pure goodness for your body.

Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
-1/4 pineapple
-2 cups frozen blueberries
-2 cups spinach
-1 cup water
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together and enjoy!
