Cinnamon Crumble Mug Cake
Need a quick and easy dessert recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth? This warm cinnamon mug cake is calling your name! And did I mention that it's mess free?!
Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
Cake:
-3 tablespoons gluten-free flour mix
-A dash of vanilla
-A dash of cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon baking powder
-1 tablespoon coconut sugar
-1 1/2 tablespoons water
-2 tablespoons melted coconut oil (or some mashed banana/apple sauce for s fat free version)
-1 tablespoon carob chips (optional)
Crumble Topping:
-1/2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
-1 1/2 tablespoons coconut sugar
-A dash of cinnamon
-1 tablespoon chopped nuts (or oats for fat free)
Directions:
1. Mix all the cake ingredients together and pourin a microwaveable mug
2. Mix the crumble ingredients together and pour over the cake
3. Bake in the microwave for 1 minute and voila! Cake for one!
