Peanut Butter and Jam Oatmeal
I love oatmeal so much that I eat it for lunch and dinner too. It's so filling and you can play around with the flavours every time. Here I put together a simple bowl of oats with the flavours of a peanut butter and jam sandwich. Takes me back to my childhood :) I hope you enjoy!
Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
-1/2 cup uncooked gluten free rolled oats
-1 cup water
-1 teaspoon cinnamon
-Toppings: 2-3 tablespoons peanut butter, sliced strawberries, 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
Directions:
1. Cook the oats according to package. I cook 1/2 cup of oats in 1 cup of water with some cinnamon for 2-3 minutes (until water is almost fully absorbed)
2. Top your bowl of oats with your favorite toppings!
