*Peanut Butter Date Smoothie

Sometimes the simplest smoothies are the best. This smoothie contains all my favorite things and is so smooth. It's a treat for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Yield: 1 smoothie
You will need:
-1 cup milk of choice
-1 cup of ice
-1-2 tablespoons peanut butter (any nut/seed butter)
-2 pitted dates
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
