*Blueberry Chia Jam
I bought so many blueberries and started thinking of things I could make with them... Smoothies, Nicecream... Jam? I've been wanting to make chia seed jam, so I thought I'd give it a whirl with all these blueberries. Such a great addition to a peanut butter sandwich or even a topping on pancakes, smoothies, or anything you like!
Yield: About 2 cups of jam
You will need:
-3 cups of blueberries (or any choice of fruit)
-4 tablespoons of chia seeds
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together and place in fridge to set. This should be good for up to 1 week in the fridge.
*Add any sweetener you like to make it a little sweeter
