Overnight Quinoa Pie Pudding

Wanting some pie... So I decided to prep some overnight quinoa with the exact flavours! 😊 Can't wait to eat you! Lol

Yield: 2 generous breakfasts
Yiu will need:
-3/4 cup cooked quinoa
-1/4 cup almond yogurt
-1/2 cup water
-1/4 cup almondmilk
-A dash of cinnamon
-1 tablespoon raisins
-1/2 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 small mashed banana
-1/2 cup pumpkin purée/apple sauce
-1/2 tablespoon carob
-1/2 tablespoon chia seed
-A dash of pumpkin spice/nutmeg

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and place in fridge overnight. Enjoy in the morning!
