*Green Date Smoothie Bowl
Breakfast for champions right here! It was so delicious... I had to share! Smoothie in a bowl for myself and my boys :)
Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
-8 frozen bananas
-4 pitted dates
-1-2 cups spinach
-A dash of cinnamon
-Toppings: dried mulberries and shredded coconut
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together and top with your favorite toppings!
