7 Ingredient Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

Easiest and healthiest peanut butter cookies you will ever make!  Only 7 simple ingredients... and you won't be able to stop eating them (that's a warning!). For all you peanut butter lovers out there... Enjoy!

Yield: 6 cookies (depends on what size eyou would like)
You will need:
-1 flax egg
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1/4 cup coconut sugar
-A dash of cinnamon
-1 teaspoon vanilla
-1 cup peanut/almond butter
-1/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Mix all the ingredients together and drop cookies onto baking sheet
3. Bake for 8 minutes  (no longer because they will set once they are out of the oven)
4. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
