*Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Cups

Homemade banana peanut butter cups made by moi ☺️. These are so good... I had to share! Such a healthier, yet still tasty, version of the peanut butter cups I grew up eating. Enjoy!

Yield: 8 peanut butter cups
You will need:
-1/4 cup cocoa
-1/4 cup melted coconut oil
-2-3 tablespoons Maple syrup
-1 mashed banana
-2 tablespoons peanut butter
-Optional: a dash of cinnamon
Directions:
1. Line a mini cupcake pan with cupcake liners
2. Mix the cocoa, coconut oil and maple syrup together until smooth
3. Place 1 tablespoon of the chocolate sauce in the bottom of each cupcake liner and place the pan in the freezer for the chocolate to harden
4. In the meantime, mix the banana, peanut butter and cinnamon together until smooth
5. Remove the pan from the freezer and scoop 1 tablespoon of the banana peanut butter mix over the chocolate base
6. Scoop another tablespoon of the chocolate sauce over the banana peanut butter layer and return to the freezer to harden
7. Once they have hardened, remove from the pan and store in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to eat
