*Mango Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is one of the easiest things to prepare the night before. I love how you can add different fruits each time and it's a total different experience. I used mango in this concoction and was pretty happy with the result. Top it over anything you like or just eat it as is!

Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
-1 1/2 mango (pitted and peeled)
-1/2 banana
-1/4 cup chia and ground flax seed combined
-1 pitted date
-1 1/2 tablespoon shredded coconut
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together and place in an airtight container in the fridge overnight. Enjoy in the morning!
