Raw Chewy Chocolate Brownie

I love throwing things in a food processor (7 ingredients that is!) and coming up with a delicious raw treat that everyone can enjoy... especially when it's a mess-free recipe that only has me washing out the food processor! These brownies are so chewy and rich and can be modified with any additional textures or flavors.
Yield: 6 bars
You will need:
Chocolate Cashew Cream Frosting:
-1 cup soaked cashews (soaking for at least 4 hours)
-1/3-1/2 cup date paste
-1/2-1 tablespoon maple syrup
-2 tablespoons raw carob/cocoa powder
-3 tablespoons water/coconut water

Raw Brownie Base:
-1 cup oat flour
-1/2 cup date paste
-1/2 cup dried mulberry especially
-1/3 cup raw carob/cocoa powder
-A dash of cinnamon
-2 tablespoons peanut butter
-1/2-1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions:
1. Blend all the ingredients for the frosting in a high speed blender until smooth and set aside in a bowl in the fridge as you create the base
2. For the base, place all the ingredients in the food processor and mix until everything combines into a ball of dough
3. Press the brownie base into a plastic wrap lined tray for easier removal
4. Spread the frosting over top and place in the fridge/freezer to harden slightly to make it easier for slicing into pieces
5. Store the brownies in an airtight container in terms fridge/freezer until ready to enjoy
