*Raw Chocolate Chia Pudding

A great breakfast or lunch to have during a busy work week is chia pudding. It's an easy snack to prepare over the weekend or at night and it's ready for you the next morning!
Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
-2 cups of almond milk (any milk)
-4 tablespoons chia seeds
-1 teaspoons vanilla 
-4 teaspoons coconut sugar
-2 tablespoons cocoa/carob powder 
-Optional additions afterwards: berries, shredded coconut 
Directions:
1. Mix everything in a jar and close the lid. Shake, shake, shake! Place in the fridge overnight (about 10 hours)
2. Add any additional toppings the next morning and enjoy!
