*Last Minute Energy Fruit Bowl
I am always looking for something quick to eat as I'm busy feeding my 2 boys and prepping lunch and dinner. This here was a satisfyingly delicious breakfast that I whipped together. You can use any fruit you like!
Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
-2 chopped apples
-1-2 cups blueberries
-2-3 tablespoons peanut butter/almond butter (I used peanut flour)
-3 tablespoons chia pudding
-1/4 cup cashew milk (any milk)
-A sprinkle of rawnola
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!
