Don't you love topping smoothie bowls, yogurt, icecream, and oatmeal with a nice granola for added texture and oomph? This granola mix took me 2 minutes to put together and it is everything you could desire. A perfect chew and crunch to top off any dish or eat as is!
Yield: 1 cup
You will need:
-1/4 cup oat flour

-A dash of Himalayan sea salt (optional)
Directions:
1. Usinf a food processor, mix all the ingredients together until a rough crumble is formed (don't blend too long or else it turns into a dough)
2. Pulse in the cocoa nibs/chocolate chips at the end so that they stay chunky
3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge/freezer
*Feel free to add in anything else you like! Like nuts, seeds, dried fruit (cranberries, mulberries,), etc.
