*Mango Berry Oatmeal

I love making my kiddos food look pretty, especially when he helps out. This was definitely something that the kids and adults would enjoy... You can never go wrong with oatmeal!

Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
-1/2 cup raw oats
-1 cup water
-A dash of cinnamon
-Toppings: mango purée, coconut sugar, strawberries, blueberries, raisins
Directions:
1. Microwave the oats, water and cinnamon together until moat of the water is absorbed (about 2 minutes, depending on your microwave)
2. Stir I  the coconut sugar and mango purée
3. Top with strawberries, blueberries and raisins
