Persimmon Holiday Nicecream

I love this nicecream combination because of how much it reminds me of the comfort of the holidays. Cinnamon, pumpkin, creamy bliss just delighting my taste buds with every bite. This is definitely a favorite!
Yield: 1 serving
You will need:
Nicecream:
-6 frozen bananas
-3 tablespoons date paste
-1/2 tablespoon pumpkin spice
Creamy topping:
-2-3 ripe persimmons
Peanut butter sauce:
-3 tablespoons peanut butter
-1 tablespoon pumpkin puree or 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
-2 tablespoons date paste
-1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
-Shredded coconut
-A dash of water
Directions:
1. Blend the persimmons until creamy and set aside
2. For the peanut butter sauce, mix all the ingredients together until you reach a desired consistency and set aside
3. For the nicecream, blend all the ingredients together until creamy and then top with the sauces
